We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work extra during illness, other absences, or holidays as a personal assistant in Örebro. What does the position entail? We are seeking trustworthy and dedicated personal assistants for our 12-year-old client with autism, intellectual disability, and high activity levels. She is a curious girl without spoken language. She needs an assistant by her side who provides support with both care and hygiene as well as leisure activities and enriching daily experiences. The girl lives with her family in Örebro and attends school on weekdays. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life. The workplace is wherever the client is, which makes the work varied and eventful. Days include everything from support with daily routines, personal care and meals to play, outings, and other activities such as swimming at the pool. Through your dedication, you contribute to her having a meaningful and active day. For us, this is the most important job in the world. Working hours are primarily afternoons and some evening hours, as well as daytime shifts on weekends and during holidays. Who are we looking for? We are seeking someone who is dedicated, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for. We would like it if you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. have a driver's license. have experience with autism. can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. have experience in care and healthcare (this is a plus, but not a requirement).
