We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our client in Matfors. What does this position entail? We are looking for someone who wants an extra job in the afternoons/evenings and weekends. You will be working with a young man who enjoys being active. You will be with him and support him in his daily life when he comes home from work until the beginning of the evening. You start at 3:00 PM when he comes home from work and you are with him during the afternoon/evening until approximately 7:00 PM one or two weekday evenings. Sometimes you will handle everyday tasks together at home, do shopping, or go on an outing together. You will need to adapt the activities you do based on his support needs. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer someone with great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. If you have an interest in outdoor activities, exercise, or walks, that is a great advantage. You will have close collaboration with the client's guardian. Being punctual and taking responsibility are two important qualities you should have. We prefer that you: have a genuine interest in helping others. speak and write Swedish fluently as you will support the client in communication. can work flexible hours - mainly afternoons/evenings and weekends. have experience in care/social services/education or training/outdoor activities. (This is a plus, but not required.) have another occupation, as this is a side job. Since the shifts are short, we prefer that you live in or near Matfors. Additional Information Employment Type: On-demand employment Scope: Varying % Working Hours: Mainly weekday evenings 3:00 PM-7:00 PM. Start Date: As soon as possible, by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
