About the Job
As a property caretaker, you are responsible for ensuring that our properties and outdoor environments are intact, clean, safe, and pleasant. You work both practically and independently, and you have daily contact with our tenants and customers.
If you work in the Residential business area, your primary customers are private individuals living in our apartments and other types of housing.
If you work in the Commercial Spaces business area, you instead interact with facility staff and children and adults in the municipality's various operations. This could include schools, preschools, care facilities, and group homes.
Examples of Work Tasks
Indoors: Repair broken lighting, fix leaking faucets, clear drain blockages and perform minor repairs and maintenance, inspect heating systems, ventilation and fans, Conduct inspections and identify faults, and report major issues that need to be handled by other skilled personnel within the company (such as building technicians or similar) or contractors.
Outdoors: Mow grass, maintain flower beds and green spaces, pick up litter, operate equipment for outdoor maintenance, and handle snow removal and other winter tasks.

Working hours Monday–Thursday: 06.55–16.00 Friday: 06.55–14.45

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who enjoys providing good service, is flexible, and finds solutions when problems arise. You treat people professionally and collaborate well with both colleagues and tenants. You can identify and address minor issues, are practically minded, and have knowledge of basic safety and repairs. It is an advantage if you have experience working with both residential and commercial tenants and are familiar with operating equipment for outdoor maintenance.
A B-class driving license, good knowledge of Swedish, and a clean criminal record excerpt are requirements for all positions with us.
