Personal Assistant
As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support to a person with a disability in their daily life. The work can include support at home, during leisure activities, work, studies, or other parts of everyday life. The goal is to create conditions for an independent life with influence and participation.
Companion
As a companion, you accompany the person to activities outside the home, such as leisure activities, exercise, cultural events, or social gatherings. The purpose is to increase the opportunity for an active and independent life.
Relief Assistant
As a relief assistant, you provide support at home for a limited time to relieve family members. You contribute to a safe and meaningful time for the individual while giving loved ones the opportunity to rest and recover.
Who Do We Seek?
We are looking for you—someone who is attentive, confident, and responsible, with a genuine interest in working with people. You have the ability to adapt to different needs and enjoy building good relationships. Experience in care, support, or personal assistance is a merit, but personal suitability is most important.
Working hours vary depending on the assignment and can include day, evening, night, on-call, and weekend shifts.
