About Jale AB Jale AB is a private, family-owned company in the transport and logistics industry with locations in Borlänge and Mora. The company was founded in the 1980s and currently has approximately 260 employees. Our operations are divided into three main areas: Transport, Terminal, and Warehouse. About the Position Our warehouse and terminal operations in Borlänge is a growing business where various types of goods are stored, handled, and distributed. As a group leader, you are an important part of the daily operational management. You lead and distribute work within the group and work closely with both warehouse and terminal staff as well as the Supervisor. Your focus is to create structure and conditions for daily operations to run as efficiently and safely as possible. You actively work to ensure quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction; you ensure the right person is in the right place and that resources are used effectively, while contributing to a work environment where employees feel involved and part of a community. The role suits you if you enjoy being close to operations and are motivated by getting people and tasks to work together. You are an important part of the leadership As a group leader at Jale, you are a role model in daily work. You need to be clear when necessary, while also having the ability to listen, support, and create engagement among your colleagues. We believe in present leadership where you are close to operations and employees. Therefore, you need to be comfortable switching between being operationally active yourself and leading and distributing work. You don't need to be a finished leader – but you should have the desire to develop in the leadership role and understand the importance of respectful, clear, and inclusive leadership. Who Are You? Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the logistics industry or equivalent Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Class B driver's license Forklift certification A and B Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious At least 1 year of experience in group leadership, work supervision, shift leadership, or equivalent Leadership training Driver's license Category C/CE Experience in warehouse and terminal operations Experience working with work environment and safety within logistics Do You Want to Join Jale?
