SENIOR SPECIALIST IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION MATTERS

Key Responsibilities:
Provide necessary support and cooperate with municipal institutions that implement preschool education programs;
Organize and coordinate child admissions to preschool education institutions in Ropažu Municipality;
Consult children's parents and legal representatives regarding opportunities to obtain preschool education in the Municipality's administrative territory;
In cooperation with the preschool sector coordinator and preschool administration, organize educational events in preschool education, seminars, courses, and coordinate methodological work in the preschool sector within the municipality;
Prepare draft municipal internal regulatory acts in the education field within your area of competence;
Ensure quality monitoring in preschool education institutions;
Coordinate preschool education-related projects in the municipality.
Requirements for Applicants:
Higher pedagogical education, qualification – preschool teacher;
Experience in preschool education management;
State language proficiency at the highest level;
Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work creatively;
Excellent knowledge and skills in information technology;
Knowledge and understanding of work within municipal structures will be considered an advantage.

Salary during probation period: 1636 eiro before tax deductions (following probation evaluation, monthly salary will be set up to 1818 eiro, according to individual qualification assessment);
