We are now seeking a service-oriented and solution-focused IT technician specializing in printers for an exciting assignment with one of Sweden's leading players in the defense and security industry. The customer develops advanced technical solutions and systems within defense, security, and aviation, and you will have the opportunity to work in a technically advanced and complex IT environment. In this role, you will work with operations, maintenance, installation, and support of printers and become an important contact person for the organization's users. Here you will have the opportunity to combine your technical skills with a strong customer and service focus.

Your Responsibilities
In your role as an IT technician specializing in printers, you will, among other things:
Configure and install various types of printers.
Operate and maintain printer environments.
Provide support and perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Work proactively to identify and prevent problems.
Manage and administer IT equipment in various asset management systems.
Maintain close contact with users and ensure a high level of service.
Travel within Sweden as needed.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is technically interested, service-oriented, and has a strong customer focus. You enjoy solving problems, working practically, and helping users in their daily work.
We would like you to have:
Experience with installation, configuration, and support of printers.
Experience with leading printer brands, such as Ricoh, HP, Canon, and Xerox.
Experience with asset management and working in various systems.
Good problem-solving skills and a structured working approach.
A valid driver's license, as travel within Sweden occurs in this position.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and communicative. You enjoy working both independently and with others and have a natural ability to build good relationships with users and colleagues.
