Main Responsibilities As an IT Technician, you will be an important part of our ability to deliver IT equipment to the Swedish Armed Forces with high quality. You will have contact with other departments in our unit, so you need to be good at communicating with colleagues. Since the team is under development, you must be willing to develop and document procedures. Examples of work tasks include: Installation of computers. Configuration of switches. Configuration of phones. Picking orders of IT equipment for transport. Receiving returns and troubleshooting IT equipment. Qualifications 3 years of upper secondary education with IT focus or other education/knowledge that we consider equivalent Good knowledge of Windows operating systems Basic network competence Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Swedish citizen Class B driver's license Meritorious Experience with installation and troubleshooting of computers and phones Experience working in a picking warehouse Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English Experience with ITIL Experience with agile work, such as SCRUM Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with high service standards, who enjoys occasionally working with repetitive tasks, and who takes great responsibility for the entire team to reach its goals. Other Information The position is permanent on a full-time basis and begins with a 6-month trial employment for those not employed within the Swedish Armed Forces.
