JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide technical support to users across all office locations (in-person, by phone, and remotely). - Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware. - Manage user accounts and perform basic system administration. - Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues. - Log requests in the service management system. - Collaborate with senior IT colleagues on IT projects. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum high school diploma (IT-focused education is a major plus) - Interest in information technology and willingness to learn new things. - Knowledge of Windows operating systems. - Familiarity with computer hardware and common office software. - Self-reliance, communication skills, and responsible approach. - Group B driver's license. Suitable for recent graduates as well.
