We are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional for 1st line support in Umeå who is focused on customer satisfaction and excellent service in a collaborative and friendly team!
Your Tasks
You will join a friendly and cohesive team and provide excellent support and troubleshooting for the local PC environment used by the company's internal staff. You may also provide troubleshooting support to external customers. Issues will come in via phone or email, but there will also be planned work such as computer installations within the company's operations in Umeå.
Your Profile
We believe you have experience from a similar role and good knowledge of the Windows operating system. Since you will constantly work with customers and many different types of customers, it is essential that you enjoy working with people and collaborating with others. It is important that you are a team player who understands both your customers' and colleagues' situations. You should have a positive attitude and find it easy to follow procedures. A driver's license is a plus as shorter trips may occur.
