IT Support, 1st Line – Part-Time Position in Göteborg

Akkodis in Göteborg is now looking for a junior support technician for a scheduled part-time assignment with one of our largest customers in technical customer support.
The assignment is primarily scheduled for the beginning of the week (Monday–Wednesday) with work shifts that are full or half days. Alternatively, there is an opportunity to work morning shifts Monday–Friday, depending on your preferences and availability.
We strive to adapt the schedule based on your preferences and availability, which makes the position easy to combine with, for example, studies or other commitments.
There is currently no need for evenings or weekends.
About the Role
As a support technician, you will be an important part of delivering our customer's services to end users. You will help users solve IT-related problems and ensure they can perform their work without technical obstacles.
Your tasks will include:
Receiving tickets via phone, email, and chat.
Assisting with user and password management, Microsoft Office questions, Windows, VPN issues, Active Directory, and more.
Providing clear, friendly, and educational support to create a positive customer experience.
The role is located in Torslanda, Göteborg, in an open office environment where you work close to the team. We are looking for someone who can contribute extra during weekdays with high workload. The part-time position includes approximately 10–24 hours per week, depending on your availability, and can be combined with studies, your own business, or another part-time job. During summer and vacation periods, there is an opportunity for full-time work.

Desirable Experience:
Education in IT (upper secondary, KY, or YH).
Knowledge of Active Directory and ServiceNow.
Previous experience in similar support or service roles.
