Do you want to work with advanced IT infrastructure in an operation where security, stability, and high availability are in focus?
We are looking for an experienced IT security technician for a consulting assignment at a government agency in Norrköping that is responsible for detention, correctional facilities, and probation services. You will become part of a technical specialist team that is responsible for the operation, management, and further development of IT solutions within the agency's security domain. The focus is on secure and partially autonomous IT workstations and operator stations used in, among other things, surveillance centers and access control.

Your responsibilities
Maintain and further develop physical client platforms and VDI environments.
Manage client packages, drivers, BIOS, configurations, and VDI pools.
Perform installation, testing, and deployment of IT workstations and operator stations.
Handle complex technical problems and operational disruptions.
Document and ensure quality of technical solutions.
Support and train other IT technicians and contribute to area development.
Assist with installation and deployment of security systems, such as CCTV.
The role requires high technical competence, great personal responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have:
At least 4 years of experience in a relevant IT field.
At least 2 years of experience with IT workstations in third-line support.
Experience with client platforms, packaging, and VDI.
Ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
Experience with technical documentation and management.
Meritorious is experience with MDT, HPDM, VMware Horizon, Active Directory, and GPO.
