The IT Application Operations product area is responsible for developing, managing, and ensuring high availability of application operations. We deliver cost-effective and secure IT services based on Försäkringskassan's and affiliated agencies' needs, and ensure that our solutions meet requirements for availability, capacity, and security.
Technical IT Project Manager, Operations Environment and Security
As a technical project manager within application operations at Försäkringskassan IT, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing complex IT projects that contribute to a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. You drive projects within IT infrastructure, platform, and application lifecycle management, and are responsible for implementing procurements and deploying new IT solutions in a complex, large-scale, and mission-critical IT operations environment. You also contribute to the agency's IT service development by driving initiatives within application monitoring, availability, performance, and automation. The work is characterized by high demands on information security, quality, long-term perspective, and societal benefit.

We are looking for you who
hold a university degree or have experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
have work experience from migration projects within any of the following: Datawarehouse, Openshift, Nextcloud, or Element
have work experience from projects in large-scale complex IT operations environments
have work experience in service development and procurement
have knowledge and understanding of management by objectives and time and resource planning
have the ability to quickly grasp different issues and see the bigger picture
act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
have a systematic and thorough work approach
work effectively with others to achieve common goals
have good communication skills, both verbal and written
have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbal and written
It is meritorious if you
have project management certifications
have ITIL Foundation certification
have knowledge or experience with Jira or Confluence
have experience from procurement projects within government agencies

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probationary employment may apply. Certain positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be hired for such a position, a passed security clearance under the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
