RESPONSIBILITIES As an IT Project Manager, you will have a central role in the Culture and Education Administration's continued digital development. You work closely with our operations to ensure that we have the right digital tools, appropriate systems, and an IT environment that is both secure and sustainably sound. You are responsible for leading development initiatives, coordinating the administration's system management, and driving the work to develop our digital ways of working. The assignment is as much about creating structure, order and quality as identifying new opportunities through digitalization and AI. You will be a driving force in the administration's digital development and contribute to creating smarter ways of working and better service. An important part of the assignment is to work together with the operations to identify opportunities where digital technology can make a real difference. This could involve developing AI solutions that improve efficiency or supporting operations in using digital technology in a smart, secure, and sustainable way. You need to be a person who can combine development drive with patience and understanding of the operations' different conditions. You see the value of involving managers and employees and build change together with them. You work in close collaboration with the administration's other IT Project Managers. Together you complement each other's competencies and function as joint support for the entire administration's digital development. You also work closely with the municipality's central IT organization, information security function, and other support functions. As an IT Project Manager, you will, among other things: • Lead and coordinate the administration's work on digital development • Be responsible for the administration's system management and coordinate work with our business systems • Ensure that our IT support is appropriate, efficient, and used in a uniform manner • Work strategically with information security and data protection • Contribute to systematic work on information security and IT security • Identify the operations' needs and convert them into concrete development initiatives • Drive development projects within digitalization, AI, and operations development • Collaborate with the municipality's central IT organization on technical solutions and administrative matters • Educate and support managers and employees in the use of digital tools • Monitor the external environment and identify new solutions that can create value for the operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • Higher education in IT, systems science, digitalization, or other education that the employer considers equivalent • Experience leading or coordinating digital development projects • Experience in operations development supported by digital technology • Experience in system management or work with business systems • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technical solutions • Knowledge of AI, digital tools, information security, data protection, and safe use of digital services • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing It is meritorious if you have: • Broad technical understanding • Experience in project management according to established project models • Experience with AI and the Microsoft 365 platform • Experience from public operations, culture, leisure, tourism, or educational operations.
