Markéta Fryčková, e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: " Oversee service delivery, take responsibility, and report on performance (service levels, KPIs, and costs) for each individual IT service. " Build strong partnerships with our providers, IT business partners, and our business stakeholders. " Escalate performance-related issues and customer complaints to service owners and proactively discuss our customer requirements with associated providers. " Keep the security concept current; for all ISEC risks, proper risk acceptance is obtained and documented. " Participate in the preparation of security risk analysis (PRA). Candidate Requirements: " Education in IT or equivalent practical experience welcomed. " Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment and at all management levels. " Knowledge of ITIL principles and project management methodologies is an advantage. " Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, etc. is welcomed. " Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks. " Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills. " Excellent oral and written English skills.
