Scope: 100% This is a parental leave substitute position for the period 2026-11-01 - 2027-06-20. Holiday employment. Responsibilities In your work, you will together with a teaching team be responsible for students' development and learning according to the curriculum goals. Teaching is organized based on students' needs and takes place in various forms such as whole class, half classes and smaller groups according to student needs. You work together with a colleague in the classroom as we use a two-teacher system in all our classes at the elementary level. You work to give children the opportunity to have influence, develop, learn and interact with peers. Your position includes being a mentor for students. You plan, implement, evaluate and develop pedagogical work based on current curricula. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a degree and teacher certification for Grades 1-6 or equivalent. We see that you: ● Are a clear leader who together with colleagues on the team creates a structured and good pedagogical environment where each student has the opportunity to grow based on their abilities. ● Are comfortable using both Swedish and English when interacting with children and adults. ● Are creative, dare to think and try new things together with others. ● Are flexible, cooperative and have a good ability to build positive relationships and can handle what happens and needs to be managed in everyday life. ● Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
