Do you want to influence supplier quality across Europe and be part of launching new automotive projects? We are looking for an experienced Supplier Development Engineer for our quality team who will develop suppliers, conduct audits, and support the introduction of new parts into production at Rhythm Automotive's European plants. The role includes regular travel throughout Europe and Asia and close collaboration with international teams. What you will do • Develop and evaluate suppliers from a quality and manufacturing process perspective. • Lead supplier audits and participate in selecting new partners. • Support new project launches (APQP, PPAP, Run@Rate). • Handle escalations and drive quality improvements with suppliers across Europe. • Collaborate with local quality teams at the plants. What we expect from you • Technical education. • Experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality in automotive. • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC). • Communicative English. • Willingness to travel regularly.
