No. 90000024455) announces a competition for a vacant position of Engineering Communications Specialist at the Ogres novada Construction Authority under the Central Administration of Ogres novada pašvaldība The position has the status of a state official. Requirements for candidates: academic higher education or second-level professional higher education in architecture, engineering sciences, or construction; practical work experience in engineering communications construction or design for at least three years (preference given to experience in municipal or state administration); knowledge of regulatory acts governing the construction sector; ability to work with computers and information systems at user level (MS Office, Excel, Word, text editor, Construction Information System, etc.); state language proficiency at intermediate level (B1 level, 2nd degree); Main job responsibilities: evaluate the compliance of engineering construction projects with applicable regulatory acts and the Ogres novada territory plan (including detailed plans, etc.); work in the Construction Information System, evaluate construction documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory act requirements; prepare decisions for the Ogres novada Construction Authority; provide support to Ogres novada residents and Ogres novada pašvaldība specialists on matters within the competence of the Ogres novada Construction Authority.
