Job Description:
Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of assigned construction projects included in the Ministry of Defense resource program financing (hereinafter referred to as construction investment projects), including proposals for financing methods, project preparation, proposals for resolving property rights relationships and technical-economic requirements, preparation of calculations and cost plans for preparatory, survey, design and implementation work, selection and coordination of contractors and other project participants, preparation, conclusion and implementation of contract amendments, verification and ensuring completeness of investment documentation, supervision of project implementation progress, acceptance of work, preparation of handover records and protocols, ensuring remediation of deficiencies during implementation, all in accordance with applicable legal regulations, technical standards and internal Ministry of Defense regulations within the scope of the Real Estate Management Agency, particularly the conditions set forth in the management documentation of individual projects.
Performance of technical supervision on behalf of the investor for assigned construction investment projects.
Management of the input, interim, and output inspection process by the client on the most demanding construction and technology-intensive projects, ensuring coordination of contractors and other project participants.
