JOB DUTIES
We are seeking hourly temporary staff for LSS services in Färjestaden and Mörbylånga and surrounding areas.
Within LSS, work involves providing support to people with disabilities so they can live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You will help with personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meals, household tasks, walks, various activities, and social interaction.
You may work within group homes/service residences, personal assistance, or day activities.
There is also a short-term service for children and young people.
The work also includes documenting users' development and needs.
As a temporary hourly employee, you are offered:

* Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. 24-hour shifts and longer shifts including on-call duties occur within certain group homes and personal assistance roles.

QUALIFICATIONS
You must be at least 18 years old, and previous work experience in this field is desirable.
We primarily seek candidates with ongoing or completed education in child and youth services, care programs, or equivalent. Perhaps you have or have started education in, for example, behavioral science, pedagogy, psychiatry, nursing, or vocational training with a focus on this field of activity.
If you are a trained nursing assistant, you must provide documentation of this with a certificate for protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare.
