Are you a compassionate person who wants to help others? We are seeking committed temporary substitutes who want to make daily life easier for our residents within the Care and Health Services Administration.
You can work at a special residential home or within home care if you are interested in elderly care. If you want to work with residents who have disabilities, you can for example work at one of our LSS residences, in personal assistance, or in residential support.

Your new job
Within our activities, we work to support, care for, and look after our residents in their daily lives. The work is guided by individual implementation plans. It is important that residents feel safe knowing that care services are performed in a safe and correct manner, therefore you need to be able to speak, read, and write in Swedish. Another important task is to document digitally, which you do both via computer and apps on your mobile phone.
Working hours vary depending on which activity you want to work in. In some activities you work days, evenings, and weekends, while in others you also work on-call, awake nights, or around the clock.

Help residents with personal hygiene and basic care
Assist with transfers
Help with dressing and undressing

Your competence
Requirements
You are 18 years or older
Good language proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Approved education in SFI D if you have Swedish as a second language
You are willing to support both male and female residents with personal care and hygiene
Desirable qualifications
Care education
Experience in care and health services work
Class B driver's license
Driver's license and access to your own car with the possibility to work in the municipality's outer areas (Lit, Brunflo, Fåker, or Orrviken)

Circumstances at work can change quickly since you work with people, therefore you need to adapt and be flexible. You enjoy working together with others and can collaborate in a responsive and accommodating way with both colleagues and residents.
Other information
You need to provide a criminal record certificate for employment. If you have citizenship outside the EU, you also need to provide your residence and/or work permit.
Before employment, you need to provide an extract from the criminal record register. You obtain a register extract from the Police website, polisen.se. For work at special residential homes, home care, or with adults with disabilities, choose: Work with elderly or adults with disabilities. For work within LSS in children's activities, choose: Work with children according to LSS. NOTE! This should NOT be attached to the interest registration, but will be shown later in the recruitment process.
