Your Profile Do you have a background in HR and are looking for new challenges? We are looking for someone who is confident and established within your area of expertise, with a clear consultative approach and several years of experience working in the consultant role. You are used to quickly familiarizing yourself with new organizations, understanding business needs in depth, and delivering value from the start. You work independently, take great responsibility for both your deliverables and relationships, and have a strong business understanding. You are used to navigating complex environments and feel comfortable in dialogue with different stakeholders, regardless of level in the organization. As a person, you are driven, structured and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to your work. You are confident in your communication and have a natural ability to create trust and build long-term relationships. Furthermore, you thrive in a changing daily environment and see the variation in the consultant role as an opportunity to develop and contribute in different contexts. We also see that you have a proactive approach, where you not only deliver according to assignments but also identify development opportunities and contribute insights that create added value for the customer.
