You have documented experience in negotiations, supplier development, and commercial contracts, as well as a solid understanding of how structured procurement work contributes to increased profitability and business value. You are experienced in using data and analysis as decision-making tools and have experience driving improvement initiatives. Experience from a decentralized organization or an operation with many projects and stakeholders is a plus. If you have worked with fleet management or procurement matters related to vehicles and equipment, that is an additional advantage. Relevant post-secondary education in procurement, finance, or equivalent is desirable. Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you are a driven and business-oriented person who takes ownership of your responsibilities and enjoys working independently. You are analytical, well-organized, and able to translate insights into concrete activities that create value for the business. You have strong communication skills and are skilled at building long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You are also pragmatic and solution-focused, with the ability to navigate an entrepreneurial environment where processes are not always fully defined. Through your engagement, collaboration skills, and business focus, you contribute to driving momentum and results in the organization.
