We are now seeking an Accounts Payable Professional for an extended consulting assignment at a large international industrial company. This is an assignment for someone with a few years of experience in accounts payable who thrives in a role where you get to work with the entire AP process in a larger organization. You will become part of an established Finance team and work both independently and together with colleagues and internal stakeholders. About the AssignmentIn this role, you are responsible for the ongoing accounts payable process and ensure correct and quality management of supplier invoices and related workflows. Your tasks include, among others: Preparation, scanning, verification, and registration of supplier invoices Management of payment reminders Updating and maintenance of supplier data Following up on needs and requirements from internal stakeholders Ensuring quality in delivery Supporting colleagues within the team Ensuring that work complies with Swedish legislation as well as internal guidelines and processes We are Looking for YouEducation in business/economics or equivalent experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable Experience with SAP Good skills in Excel Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to work both independently and with others Desirable It is particularly interesting if you have: Experience from a large international organization Worked with process improvements within Accounts Payable Previous experience from industrial or manufacturing companies Assignment Information Role: Accounts Payable ProfessionalLocation: Gävle / Sandviken / hybridStart: Immediately 2026End: September 2027Scope: 100%Work arrangement: Hybrid with opportunity for remote work, with expectation of on-site presence in Sandviken approximately 1–2 days per week.
