We are looking for an independent sales professional specializing in interior outfitting. This is not about cold calling and actively approaching "unfamiliar" companies, but rather processing inquiries and working with existing customers and visitors to our Pardubice showroom.
Your task is to effectively handle inquiries, tender challenges, and procurement processes for office furnishings (offices, meeting rooms), schools (staff rooms, principal's offices, dining halls, locker rooms), and healthcare facilities (offices, waiting areas, nurse stations). We want the proposed interiors and recommended furnishings to appeal to people, create a pleasant work environment, and be something they are proud to show visitors.
We are looking for:
Two ears and one mouth. Because listening is the foundation of success. Just like the ability to advocate for and "sell" your work and the work of our design colleagues.
A consultant, not a salesman. Because we prefer to hear from customers "wow, that's a great idea" or "that's brilliant" rather than "I've been fooled."
Collectors—collectors of needs, ideas, and trends. Because based on these, you will develop new products and services.
Some practical knowledge, some technical expertise. You already have some experience with furniture, can sketch out spaces, arrange furniture layouts, and gather the right information for pricing.
A traveler. You will visit clients throughout the Czech Republic.
Commercial work here also includes:
Managing assigned VIP customers. Occasional business meetings with them at their location or ours.
Cooperating on processing inquiries, occasional complaints, and preparing quotes.
Collaborating on printed catalogs.
Assisting and consulting walk-in customers at the showroom.
Participating in pricing decisions.
