Your Responsibilities
We at Skill are seeking an Interface Manager within Production and Facility Projects for Siemens Energy in Finspång. As an Interface Manager, you are the link between facility projects, contractors, and production. You are responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring clear communication, and managing changes, risks, and dependencies so that work can be carried out safely and with minimal impact on production.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the daily interface between projects and production.
Coordinate parallel activities, contractors, and operations.
Ensure that the right information about activities, changes, and interruptions reaches relevant parties.
Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings and follow up on decisions and actions.
Manage changes, disruptions, schedules, and critical dependencies.
Ensure that contractors have the right conditions and that work areas are approved.
Ensure that risk analyses, permits, and safety reviews are completed before work starts.
Follow up on risks, deviations, and decided actions.
Report status and risks to project and operations management.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in project management, construction projects, facility projects, industrial projects, or operations coordination.
Is comfortable working in complex environments with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
Has experience coordinating multiple parallel activities and parties.
Has strong ability to create structure, prioritize, and drive matters forward.
Has good understanding of schedules, dependencies, change management, and risks.
Has good understanding of workplace environment and safety matters.
Communicates clearly and structurally, both verbally and in writing.
Is confident in coordinating and following up on different functions, contractors, and operations.
Thrives in an operational role where conditions can change rapidly.
Is solution-oriented and has the ability to act quickly when problems or disruptions occur.
