We are now looking for a work supervisor for instrument maintenance at Forsmark Power Group. Does that sound interesting? Don't hesitate to apply! What Will You Do? The Instrument Maintenance unit is responsible for maintaining process systems where equipment can be both analog and digital. The instrument maintenance group for Forsmark 1 and 2 consists of approximately 17 employees distributed among technicians, maintenance engineers, work supervisors, and a group manager. As a work supervisor, you start your day with a morning meeting and then actively supervise the operational work. This largely involves understanding and prioritizing the daily work in the facility in consultation with operations. The role carries significant personal responsibility where you should use existing resources in the best way possible. Requirements Who Are You? experience as a team leader/work supervisor from industry is advantageous at minimum, we expect you to have upper secondary education as a foundation. If you have higher education or work experience from the process industry in instrument maintenance, electronics, or measurement and control technology, this is considered advantageous good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and the ability to make yourself understood and conduct conversations in English driver's license category B As a person, we see that you are service-oriented and an engaged leader who can operatively guide your colleagues. You are structured and plan work with a long-term perspective to perform maintenance with high quality and safety. Work can be event-driven in many situations, which requires that you are flexible.
