Fit4Fight Gym is an established fitness center with approximately 800 members and a large training facility of 1,700 square meters. With us you'll find combat sports, functional training, yoga, pilates, and gym – all in a family-friendly environment with high quality and premium feel. We have a strong community where both recreational and more ambitious athletes feel at home. Now we want to further develop our functional group training and are therefore looking for new instructors. We are seeking Instructors who want to lead group functional training classes. Examples of training formats: Hyrox-inspired training CrossFit-inspired training HIIT classes Functional strength and conditioning in group format About the Role As an instructor, you will lead group training classes in a motivating and inspiring environment. In the beginning, the work is supported by our existing instructors, and you'll receive help getting up to speed with our setup, structure, and programming. What We're Looking For You have experience with functional training, CrossFit, Hyrox, HIIT, or similar You have led training classes before or have a strong personal training background You are comfortable leading groups You have energy, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine passion for training You want to be part of developing something real Training qualifications are meriting, but personality, drive, and experience carry significant weight. Compensation The position is commission-based, which means your compensation grows as the business grows.
