Installation Manager
We are seeking an experienced installation manager for Stockholm Parkering for an exciting project in Hagastaden. The assignment encompasses installation management during the design and construction phases for a new parking facility with approximately 250 parking spaces.
As an installation manager, you will support the client with production monitoring, coordination of contractors, design, financial follow-up, procurement and administration of installation contracts.
The assignment is a consulting engagement with placement in Stockholm and requires primarily on-site work at the project office and construction site.
Assignment start occurs as soon as the agreement is signed, preliminarily in October 2026.
The allocation is approximately 20-40% during 2026 and up to 100% during 2027.
About the Company
Stockholm Parkering is a company within the City of Stockholm that develops, builds and manages parking facilities. The assignment is carried out within the urban development area Hagastaden in Stockholm.
About the Role
The role involves responsibility for installation management within the disciplines of sprinkler systems, electrical, ventilation, elevators, control and monitoring systems and emergency alarms.
You work closely with the client, designers and contractors to ensure quality, progress and coordination throughout the project. Placement is primarily at the project office in Hjorthagen and at the construction site.

Monitoring of production and installation work
Coordination and dialogue with contractors
Monitoring of progress and schedules
Deviation management
Monitoring of KMA work
Protocol writing and documentation
Project administration
Participation in design
Financial monitoring and change order management
Procurement of contracts, goods and services
Coordination of installations within sprinkler systems, electrical, ventilation, elevators, control and monitoring and emergency alarms
Conduct of inspections and coordinated testing
Participation in project and construction meetings
Required Competencies
1. Relevant higher education for the role or at least 7 years of relevant experience
2. Good knowledge of the Office package
3. Good knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06 as well as AMA El and AMA VVS & Kyla
4. Experience in design
5. Knowledge of BEAst with focus on design
6. Knowledge in Bluebeam
7. Experience in construction production where multiple contracts are managed in parallel
8. Experience in scheduling and coordination
9. Experience inspecting new installation work
10. Experience in protocol writing
11. Experience in financial monitoring and change order management
12. Experience in procurement of contracts, goods and services
13. Experience in leading coordinated testing
14. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Desired Qualifications
1. Documented experience from similar installation management assignments
2. Very good insight and understanding of design and construction processes
3. Experience from parking, real estate or facility projects
4. Ability to create structure, coordination and efficient project management
5. Experience from assignments for public clients
Assignment Information
Assignment Period: Preliminary start October 2026. Agreement duration up to 2 years with possibility of extension for an additional 2 years.
Scope: Approximately 20-40% during 2026 and up to 100% during 2027.
Placement Location: Stockholm.
