Send CVs to: [email protected] Enter "ISS" in the subject line We require: • Secondary technical school diploma in construction or university degree in transportation/road engineering (advantageous for graduates) • Good PC skills and knowledge of standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet tools) • Driver's License Category B • Very good knowledge of the local geography • Knowledge of laws and other legal regulations (more at sskhk.cz) • Conscientiousness, thoroughness, communication skills, independence • Organizational abilities • Professional demeanor • Clean criminal record (to be provided if invited to the selection process) • Experience in road construction advantageous Job duties: • Issuing binding decisions for placement of third-party equipment on roads and road auxiliary land • Preparing contracts for special use of roads and road auxiliary land • Conducting road inspections • Handing over roads and road auxiliary land to contractors for construction work, monitoring construction progress and restoration to original condition, and accepting roads and road auxiliary land back into our management after construction completion • Monitoring warranty periods and enforcing warranty repairs (claims) after interventions on road assets • Recording and handling requests, suggestions, comments, and complaints related to road assets • Ensuring prompt reporting of identified defects on Class II and III roads, including removal requirements • Collecting maintenance needs data for Class II and III roads • Monitoring compliance with technological procedures for all maintenance activities on the road network • Accepting and controlling invoicing for performed routine and related maintenance work • Cooperation with specialized departments of the Regional Office of Královéhradecký Region (Transportation and Road Management Department, Property Division) and relevant administrative bodies (road administrative offices, specialized building offices), Czech Police, local government representatives, and supervisory bodies We offer: • Pay grade 10 according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. on remuneration of public service and administration employees, as amended • Personal remuneration • Special allowance • 5 weeks vacation, 5 sick days • Meal vouchers in lump sum form • Possibility of working from home • Non-financial benefits • Service phone, notebook, company vehicle • Good support of a stable contributory organization, flexible working hours
