About the Role
As an inside sales representative, you're an important part of the operation and serve as the link between customers, warehouse, outside sales, and product managers. You help customers find the right products, handle quotes and orders, and ensure that customers receive fast and professional service.
The role is varied and also includes practical warehouse work when needed. You contribute to receiving, picking, and handling goods efficiently to ensure high delivery service to our customers.
You work closely with customers in the construction and contracting industry, which means interest in machinery, construction, or spare parts is a major advantage. For us, sales is about knowledge, service, and trust. Our prices are clear and our agreements fixed. The focus is on creating satisfied customers, not on price negotiations.
Your Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and e-commerce.
Prepare and follow up on quotes.
Register and administer customer orders.
Provide advice on products, availability, and delivery times.
Build long-term customer relationships through professional service.
Collaborate with warehouse, outside sales, and product managers.
Follow up on deliveries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Participate in warehouse work such as goods receiving, picking, and organization.
Participate in customer activities, trade fairs, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Solve the customer's problems.

Meritorious Experience
Experience from the construction industry, for example as a machine operator or excavator driver.
Experience with spare parts, machinery, or technical sales.
Experience in customer service, order handling, inside sales, or warehouse work.
Experience with business or warehouse systems.
