Here we deliver complex and customized products to our customers. As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you are the central hub that efficiently connects the customer with our own production. You will join a dedicated sales team of 7 people and report to the Site Manager in Tyresö. Responsibilities
Handle the entire order process, from incoming inquiry to complete production documentation.
Serve as the customer's technical partner by providing professional advice and support regarding our products and solutions.
Drive incoming inquiries and conduct follow-up calls.
Proactively pursue upselling opportunities with existing customers by reaching out to them on your own initiative.
Proactively collaborate and coordinate with production in Tyresö to ensure customer needs are met.
Ongoing administration, database maintenance, order documentation management, and ensuring fast and professional handling of incoming customer inquiries via email.
Careful monitoring and tracking of deliveries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Secondary education and at least a few years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in technical sales.
A strong technical interest and/or relevant knowledge is essential – experience in industrial rubber or flow technology is a plus.
Documented sales experience and a pronounced business drive.
Very good IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and work efficiently in various business and order systems.
