Inside Sales Representative at JIAB in Boden

We're looking to strengthen our team in Boden with an inside sales representative. The role primarily involves sales and rental of our products and services. You'll mainly be available at our depot and by phone, though occasionally visiting customers at their workplaces may be necessary. Your main responsibility is to rent out our products and services – handling both new orders and following up on ongoing rentals or identifying upcoming customer needs. Of course, working with our existing customers is important, but we also want you to actively contact new customers. You should enjoy customer interaction and always be a natural point of contact to guide customers toward the right products. Together with your colleagues, the focus should always be on finding the best solution for the customer. As a person, we see that you are extremely solution-focused and always prioritize the customer's best interests. You should be motivated by building good relationships and driven by exceeding customer expectations. As an inside sales representative, you need to be organized and appreciate order and structure. Experience from the construction industry is a plus. You also need to be comfortable with computers as most of the work is done in our internal rental system. Your title will be Inside Sales Representative, but at our depot we help each other through collaboration. If we urgently need to deliver a product and our drivers are on other assignments, our inside sales representative may also make the delivery. Requirements: B-class driver's license Good computer skills Communicates well in Swedish and English Sales experience is advantageous Start date is ongoing, and we apply a 6-month probationary period.
