We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Support specialist with a technical interest to join our team in Jönköping. A varied role where you make a difference every day As an inside sales representative, you will be an important contact point for our customers. You will help with questions regarding orders, deliveries, complaints, product selection, and technical support. The role also includes order handling and administration that ensures the customer journey runs smoothly from start to finish. You have daily contact with customers and work closely with outside sales representatives, Key Account Managers, product managers, purchasers, and other colleagues to find the best solutions.
