Warehouse, Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator at Reel Diving
About the Job
We're looking for someone who values organization, takes responsibility, and loves getting things to work smoothly.
With us, you'll work with the entire flow through the warehouse, from when goods are ordered and arrive until they're checked, registered, packed, and shipped on to our customers.
The work includes warehouse management, packing, receiving and dispatching, as well as purchasing and contact with our suppliers.
You don't need to know diving equipment today. We can teach you that.
What we're mainly looking for is harder to teach: that you're thorough, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for getting things done.
The Job
A large part of the role is ensuring that our goods flow works as it should.
You receive deliveries, verify that the contents and quantities are correct, register the goods in our business system, and make sure they end up in the right place. You pick and pack customer orders, book freight, and ensure that the right products are shipped on time.
You'll also work with purchasing. This means monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, tracking delivery times, and maintaining regular contact with our suppliers. If something is delayed, missing, or doesn't match expectations, we expect you to find out what happened and follow up on the matter.
Good logistics means to us that the information in the system matches reality, that deliveries are followed up on, and that problems are caught before they impact the customer.
The work is both practical and administrative. One moment you're packing a shipment and the next you're following up on a purchase order or contacting a supplier.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for the right person first and foremost, not the right CV.
You value organization and order. A product in the wrong place, a delayed delivery, or an order that no one followed up on should bother you.
You're thorough without being slow and can prioritize when there's a lot to do. You don't wait for someone else to discover or solve a problem—you take the initiative to figure out what needs to be done.
You're practically minded, enjoy working physically, and like seeing a clear result from your work.
You also need to communicate clearly and professionally with our suppliers, in both Swedish and English. You're comfortable with computers and digital systems and understand the importance of registering information correctly.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or purchasing is a merit, but what matters most is that you want to learn, take responsibility, and have the right attitude.

Reel Diving is a relatively small company, which means there's a short distance between idea and action. We work with customers and suppliers across Europe and sell equipment to dive shops, instructors, and professional and military divers.
