ABOUT THE ROLE
In your role as Infrastructure Technician, you will be an important part of Fagerhult's infrastructure and operations team, where the focus is on creating stability, supporting operations day-to-day, and driving improvement projects. You will be part of a team of eight friendly colleagues.
A couple of days a week, your daily work will involve handling troubleshooting and complex issues escalated to second line support. The remaining time you will focus on development projects, modernization, and future solutions within the IT environment related to infrastructure. You will also have responsibility for managing various infrastructure services and platforms. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners in operations, networking, and infrastructure, including areas such as cloud, firewalls, storage, and backup. In addition, you will be an important part of the work on digitalization and integrations between different systems and platforms.

For the role to be a good fit, we also believe you have:
Several years of experience in technical support
Broad technical competencies and understanding of the IT environment as a whole
Experience with infrastructure, cloud services, antivirus, and VMware
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
