Information Security Specialist The Inspectorate for Care and Support (IVO) is in a development phase where our mission is expanding and placing increased demands on our oversight. To meet this, we are now strengthening our operations and seeking an information security specialist with experience in the field of information security. About the Job Do you want to be part of IVO's continued development? Do you want to work closely with operations and make a real difference in information security work? IVO is currently undergoing intensive and exciting development where we are strengthening and upgrading our information security efforts. As an information security specialist, you will have an important role in information security work within the agency. You will work operatively close to operations and provide support to our core activities in both daily and more strategic information security work. Much of the work takes place in close collaboration with other functions within the agency, such as information security coordinators, lawyers, archivists, IT specialists, security coordinators, and data protection officers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct information and training initiatives within the information security field, Conduct information classifications and risk analyses, Support the organization in information security matters such as information classification, risk and vulnerability analysis, requirements setting, and advisory services, Manage information security-related incidents and deviations, Monitor compliance with external requirements and internal guidelines, Monitor the external environment and participate in internal and external information security networks, Prepare, conduct, and document meetings within the information security field. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: An academic degree with a focus on information security or equivalent education that IVO deems equivalent, Multiple years of current experience in information security work, Knowledge of and experience working with ISO 27001, Experience leading and conducting information classifications and risk and vulnerability analyses within the information security field, Experience working with laws and regulations within the information security field, Experience with incident management within information security and/or IT security, Experience with vendor management from an information security and/or IT security perspective, Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have: Experience integrating information security work into an organization's ongoing operations, Knowledge of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Archives Act, Experience working in the public sector, Experience conducting education and information initiatives, Experience developing and revising internal governance documents.
