About the Job We are looking for someone with great commitment who wants to contribute to our information security work and who enjoys working both independently and with others. Your most important task as a local information security coordinator (LISS) is to lead and organize the department's information security work in a committed and structured way, such as information classifications and risk analyses. Experience with and the ability to lead meetings, workshops and training sessions is a requirement for the job. In our security work, we have close collaboration with colleagues throughout the department and in other departments. This means being a contact point and providing advice on information security for the department support the department's operations by coordinating and leading the implementation of information security analyses, such as information classifications and risk analyses plan and conduct training and information initiatives develop the department's information security work, which includes working on the development of governing and supporting documents participate in the department's incident management process and coordinate incidents provide support in developing job descriptions handle data protection matters within the scope of information security, such as contributing to impact assessments provide support during audits regarding the department's information security work perform administration related to security work, such as environmental monitoring of the field, document management and more when needed, participate in other assignments within the unit. You Must Have relevant post-secondary education with a security focus, or other relevant education combined with work experience that Transportstyrelsen deems equivalent experience working with information security, such as participating in information classifications, risk analyses or incident work strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. It is a Benefit if You Also Have business knowledge through experience working in public administration knowledge of regulations such as the Public and Confidentiality Act (OSL), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Administrative Procedure Act and security protection legislation experience planning, leading and coordinating projects experience planning and conducting training and workshops experience in IT security. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a trial period. Remote work may be granted when operations permit and by agreement between manager and employee. The assessment is based on operational needs, the nature of work tasks and individual circumstances. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class.
