IT Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist Information Technology Department / Rīgas ūdens (reg. no. 40103023035) We invite you to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist, whose primary responsibility will be the administration, maintenance, and development of the company's geographic information systems (GIS). Your responsibilities will include: maintain, administer, and monitor the GIS information system and its operations administer and monitor ESRI ArcGIS environment components – ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro ensure the availability of GIS information system resources, data, and services maintain and administer GIS-related information systems and IT technical resources provide server, system, and service monitoring, updates, and backup management manage user accounts, roles, and access rights identify and resolve incidents, analyze their causes, and implement necessary improvements participate in IT solution implementation and GIS/IT infrastructure development maintain technical documentation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders We expect you to have: higher or incomplete higher education in IT practical knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS product implementation and maintenance understanding of Windows Server administration experience working with the Python programming language ability to independently organize work, analyze situations, and solve problems effectively high sense of responsibility and interest in professional development We offer you: the opportunity to work with one of the largest ArcGIS Enterprise environments in Latvia the opportunity to participate in GIS and IT infrastructure development projects compensation of 2645 EUR gross per month health insurance after probation period 5 additional paid vacation days per year professional and responsive team of colleagues additional benefits according to company policy Work location: Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica bulvāris 1, Rīga Click here to apply - APPLY We will contact you if you are invited to a job interview.
