As part of our team, you will play a central role in daily security work. The position is a combination role where you work as a security guard but with additional responsibility for fire protection work and industrial safety. In this role, you will receive training to have optimal conditions for solving your tasks. The position is based on need and staffing is around the clock, which means working both day and night. Working hours are 06-18 or 18-06. The position involves double coverage, which means you always work together with a colleague. We are Securitas Requirements Specific required qualifications: Approved high school grades in Swedish Class B driver's license You need to be available for training in week 48 It is a merit if you have experience or training in: Emergency services Experience in the security industry Preventive fire protection work Technical solutions Maintenance work such as mechanic, plumber, etc. For us, finding the right person is important, which is crucial for how you will thrive and perform with us. Physical Requirements: Since the position falls under MSB's regulations for employment of firefighters (Smoke and chemical diving (AFS 2007:7), regulations - the Swedish Work Environment Authority), certain requirements are placed on your physical ability. The following elements will therefore be carried out during the recruitment process: - Medical examination, according to AFS 2019:3 (Smoke and chemical diving 74§-76§) where all requirements must be met. - Treadmill test; Your physical work capacity will be evaluated through six minutes of walking on an inclined treadmill at a speed of 4.5 km/h. During the test, you must wear the work equipment used in the job excluding a breathing mask. You will also have additional weight on you of at least 24 kg. - Drug test (if you do not already have employment at Securitas).
