The responsibilities vary and may include assembly according to instructions, machine monitoring as an operator, or work in logistics where you supply materials to assembly and receive or pack deliveries. Working hours follow a shift schedule, which means you may work day, evening, or night shifts, depending on the assignment's needs. Your Profile Regardless of assignment and customer, we are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and wants to move forward – whether you have several years of industrial experience or want to take your first steps into industrial work. You take responsibility for your work, enjoy collaboration with others, and have a good ability to independently drive your work forward. An interest in technology or practical work will help you get into the role, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and develop.
