About Viljan Active omsorg Bäckvägen
Active omsorg's operation on Bäckvägen is an individual-centered residential treatment home located in Hägersten, Stockholm. We accept children and young people aged 16-20 who need individualized treatment in our apartment concept. We work actively and goal-oriented to create a safe, trustworthy, and meaningful living environment.
Description of the Operations Manager Role
As Operations Manager, you will independently manage, lead, and develop the operation based on an exciting concept within treatment care for children and youth. The operation has well-established quality work and systematic occupational health and safety efforts supported by regional resources and quality, finance, marketing, and HR departments.

You report directly to the Regional Manager and are part of a competent management team where you receive support and guidance to succeed in your role.
Main responsibilities:
Responsibility for daily operational activities, personnel, and scheduling
Conduct systematic quality and development work
Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives
Finance and budgets related to the operation
Ensure occupancy based on budget and established goals
Collaborate with support functions within the group
Qualifications
Requirements:
Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education, as required by the Inspectorate for Care Services (IVO) to be a licensed operator
Education in social law of at least 7.5 credits (if not educated as a social worker)
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within healthcare and/or social care
Experience with budget work and financial analysis
Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written
B-category driver's license
Meritorious:
Experience from work in private care operations
Experience in treatment work at residential treatment homes
Basic psychotherapy education
Experience leading operations in development and change
Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth
