We're recruiting engineers for the ILS/IPS (Integrated Logistic Support/Integrated Product Support) field in Helsingborg, Lund, Kristianstad, and Halmstad for exciting and varied assignments in defense, industry, and infrastructure. The opportunities for different types of assignments are extensive. We work with complex systems at the forefront of technology, from naval platforms and military vehicles to aircraft systems and other advanced technical solutions. By contributing life cycle perspective, structure, and technical expertise, we help develop products and systems that need to perform when it really matters. YOUR ROLE AS AN ILS ENGINEER Are you interested in technology development, operations, maintenance, and availability? Then the role of ILS engineer with us might be right for you. As an ILS engineer, you'll become a key part of creating systems that not only work at delivery but continue to function over time. You work on projects connected to, for example, combat management systems, naval platforms, military vehicles, aircraft systems, and advanced sensor systems—but also in other types of complex technical systems where operational reliability, availability, and life cycle perspective are crucial. In the role, you ensure that operations, maintenance, and support are considered already in the design phase. You work with ILS planning, requirements definition, and supplier follow-up, and conduct analyses within operational reliability, maintainability, availability, and life cycle cost. You'll likely work with methods such as LSA, FMECA, LORA, and LCC—or equivalent analyses within reliability engineering. This means you're involved in developing and improving maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, and spare parts solutions. You optimize spare parts supply and contribute to efficient inventory and supply chain solutions. You work with technical data in PLM, PDM, or ERP systems and contribute to technical documentation and training materials. Close collaboration with project management, systems engineers, operations, and customers is an important part of the role. You have a natural ability to collaborate and create understanding between technology, operations, and business. We're looking for someone with experience in: ILS/IPS, RAMS, Life Cycle Management, or equivalent within product support Work with complex technical systems, preferably from a life cycle or operations perspective Analysis methods such as LSA, RAMS, FMECA, LORA, LCC—or equivalent within reliability and maintenance engineering Maintenance planning, maintenance strategy, or work with spare parts and support solutions PLM/PDM/ERP systems or work with product data and configuration management Technical documentation, requirements management, or systems engineering If you have a few years of experience in the field, industry experience, or experience managing projects, that's a merit. If you're new to ILS, you'll receive structured onboarding from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to participate in training on the processes and methods we use.
