Our customer in Halmstad is now seeking an ILS Engineer who wants to help ensure that products meet requirements for operational reliability, maintainability, and support throughout the product's entire lifecycle.
Working as an ILS Engineer at our customer
As an ILS Engineer, you will function as a technical link between development and the support solutions required for products to operate effectively and reliably throughout their lifecycle. You work cross-functionally and maintain close contact with various engineering teams to develop solutions that are sustainable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Develop and maintain ILS documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product supportability and reliability
Work with spare parts planning, obsolescence management, and optimization of lifecycle costs
Contribute to analyses of reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA)
Analyze field problems and coordinate root cause analyses
Work with maintenance methods and ensure that products are easy to maintain and support
The role is based in Halmstad and you will be expected to work on-site at the office for the majority of the time. Some opportunity for hybrid work is available.

We are looking for you if you:
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in ILS Engineering, maintenance engineering, systems engineering, or other relevant technical field
Have experience with maintenance methods and work with spare parts
Have experience with FMEA and understanding of reliability and maintainability analyses
Have good knowledge of Excel and/or Access
Have strong analytical ability and enjoy working cross-functionally in a technically complex environment
Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
Have fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To begin this assignment, you need to undergo and be approved for security clearance according to applicable regulations for security protection at any given time; therefore, Swedish citizenship is required.
