About the Role
We are seeking an ILS Analyst who wants to contribute to the development and management of advanced technical systems. The role involves close work with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), with a focus on creating the best possible conditions for operation, maintenance, and support throughout the products' entire lifecycle. The work is conducted cross-functionally in close collaboration with other areas of expertise and departments, where you transform technical information into structured analyses, recommendations, and maintenance-related documentation.
You will analyze technical solutions from a maintenance and support perspective and ensure that the right resources, spare parts, and processes are in place to meet the organization's requirements for availability and cost-effectiveness.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses within ILS and logistics support.
- Develop maintenance strategies and maintenance preparations for technical systems.
- Assess needs for spare parts, tools, resources, and maintenance efforts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, instructions, and maintenance plans.
- Compile, quality assure, and structure technical information.
- Participate in analyses related to operational safety, availability, failures, and lifecycle costs.
Your Profile
Must-have requirements:
- Post-secondary education in technology, preferably engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience with technical analysis work or equivalent.
- Strong ability to handle complex technical information and draw conclusions based on data and supporting materials.
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or equivalent.
- S3000L, S4000P, or corresponding standards.
- FMECA or other methods for failure and risk analysis.
- LORA (Level of Repair Analysis).
