No. 40900041735) announces a competition for the position of Chief Procurement Specialist at the Financial and Support Division of the State Revenue Service (1 vacancy for an indefinite period) The State Revenue Service is a direct administration agency under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior, with the mission of implementing lawful, fair and effective state administration functions in detecting, preventing and investigating criminal offenses and other violations of law in the field of state revenues and customs. If you have: higher education, preferably in one of the following fields—social sciences, business sciences or legal sciences; practical experience in organizing public procurement or work related to procurement; knowledge of public procurement regulations; ability to prepare procurement documentation; ability to work with the Electronic Procurement System and the Procurement Supervision Office Publication Management System and Contract Register; ability to work under high-intensity conditions; skills in working with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Revenue Service Law and Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; compliance with the criteria set out in the second part of Article 9 of the State Secrets Law and no restriction on access to state secret objects as set out in the third part of Article 9 of the State Secrets Law; irreproachable reputation. If you want to invest your knowledge and skills in interesting and dynamic work and: plan procurements and purchases necessary for the agency's functions and tasks; prepare procurement plans; organize, conduct or manage procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Law; prepare documents necessary for procurement procedures; prepare reports on procurements and purchases carried out; participate in drafting contracts and administer concluded contracts.
