SIA "Daugavpils reģionālā slimnīca", registration No. 41503029600, Vasarnīcu iela 20, Daugavpils, LV-5417 announces a competition for a vacant Procurement Specialist (Senior) position for an indefinite period (professional classification code 3323 01) Requirements for candidates: higher education in economics, law, or management sciences; desired work experience with public procurement and preparation of public procurement procedure documentation; knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and related regulatory acts; ability to simultaneously collect and analyze large volumes of information; accuracy and high sense of responsibility; ability to work with MS Office applications and web browsers; state language proficiency at an advanced level ("C" level 1st degree). Main job duties: ensure organization of public procurement and procurement procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory acts; develop draft procurement documentation; prepare, clarify, and control the public procurement plan in accordance with internal regulatory requirements; participate in the work of the public procurement commission and evaluate offers received as a result of public procurement procedures; perform the duties of procurement commission secretary - record the progress of the procurement process and ensure the conduct of the procurement procedure; maintain registers related to public procurement; prepare documentation and enter data into the Electronic Procurement System; prepare responses to letters, submissions, and complaints submitted by candidates and prepare documents for other types of correspondence; organize purchases not regulated by the Public Procurement Law – prepare invitations, summaries, prepare announcements on price inquiry results; collect information about the Hospital's procurement needs in the process of developing or amending the procurement plan.
