Senior Auditor, Internal Audit Department

General Job Responsibilities:
Conduct planned internal audits based on risk assessment of core operations, management, and support systems;
Prepare audit documentation, including final audit reports and implementation schedules for recommendations, draft reports on audit work results;
Participate in the development of internal regulations, methodological materials, and other documents within the department's competence;
Lead consulting projects and provide recommendations for improving the internal control system, reducing and mitigating risks.
Education and Professional Experience Required:
Academic or second-level professional higher education in economics, finance, business management, quality management, or legal sciences;
Experience in building, monitoring, or improving internal control systems in public administration;
Experience conducting internal audits for no less than 2 years (experience with risk-based audit approaches will be considered an advantage);
Desirably, at least 2 years of work experience in the interior affairs sector;
Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Desirably, knowledge of at least one foreign language;
Conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to identify problems and propose solutions, strong argumentation skills;
High sense of responsibility and precision, ability to rationally plan and organize work.
Additional Information:
A second-category special permit for access to state secrets will be required.
