Latvijas Biozinātņu un tehnoloģiju universitāte offers a full-time position for an Internal Auditor on an indefinite basis Requirements for candidates: Higher education in economics, finance, business management, or quality management; At least 3 years of work experience conducting internal or external audits; Experience working with MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint). Experience with RVS "Horizon" and DVS "Namejs" will be considered an advantage; Analytical thinking, responsibility, and precision when working with documents; Communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work in dynamic conditions and independently organize your work; Experience and knowledge in process improvement and/or quality and risk management; Mandatory knowledge of the state language; Impeccable reputation. Key responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve the university's internal audit system; Prepare audit reports and statements; Provide recommendations to university management on opportunities for improving process and system operations; Consult with structural unit managers and employees on management and quality management issues, risk management, and improvement of internal control system measures.
