About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both ambassador, motivator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking center stage, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
We Offer You:
Training in HYROX – though we'd love it if you already have training and have instructed HYROX before
One fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with commitment, development, and the joy of fitness
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
Hold 1–2 regular classes per week
Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs)
Who Are You?
We'd like it if you already have training and have instructed HYROX, but we can also offer internal training.
Most importantly, you:
Have a passion for group fitness and training in general
Enjoyed being in the spotlight and leading others
Have a magnetic personality, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, committed, and want to develop with us
